The successful sous chef will have at least 2 years experience at chef de partie/level or higher within a similar operation.

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years experience within quality restaurants.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for training and supervising employees so as to maintain the highest standards in all aspects of the hotel’s food and beverage services operation.
Assistant Restaurant Manager
To assist and support the restaurant manager.
Smart, presentable, pleasant, friendly and helpful to the guests at all times, the applicant must also possess excellent customer relations and communications skills and an eye for detail. Previous work experience is an asset.
